Return & Refund Policy

Because every Sarcastee item is custom-made and printed on demand specifically for your order, we do not hold resalable stock. For that reason, all sales are final except in the cases described below. Please review our size guide and product details carefully before ordering.

1. What we cover

We will replace or refund your item, free of charge, if it arrives:

  • Misprinted (print defect, wrong design, off-center, wrong colors);
  • Damaged in production or transit;
  • Defective in material or workmanship; or
  • The wrong item (you received something different from what you ordered).

We also cover packages lost in transit.

2. Claim window — 30 days

  • Misprint / damage / defect / wrong item: report within 30 days of delivery.
  • Lost in transit: report within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

We're unable to honor claims submitted after these windows, so please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

3. How to file a claim

Email [email protected] with:

  • Your order number;
  • A short description of the problem; and
  • Clear photos — one close-up of the defect that also shows part of the printed design, and one photo of the whole item. For a wrong or missing item, a photo of what you received (and the packing slip if available).

Once approved, we'll arrange a free replacement or a refund to your original payment method — your choice. For covered claims you usually will not need to ship the item back.

4. What we can't accept

Because items are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse — for example, ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, or not liking the fit. Please use the size guide on each product page before you buy. Sealed items kept for health/hygiene reasons are non-returnable.

5. Wrong address / unclaimed packages

Orders returned to us because of an incorrect address provided at checkout, or left unclaimed, can be re-shipped once you confirm an updated address. Re-shipment costs in these cases are the customer's responsibility.

6. Order changes & cancellations

Orders move into production quickly. If you need to change or cancel an order, email us within 24 hours of purchase and before it enters production; after that we're unable to make changes.

7. Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.
