Shipping & Delivery Policy

Sarcastee products are made to order and printed on demand. Your delivery date is the sum of two stages: production time (we make your item) plus shipping time (the carrier delivers it).
1. Production time
Most orders are produced within 2–5 business days before they ship. Orders with multiple items may be produced and shipped separately.
2. Estimated delivery time (after production)
- United States & Canada: Standard 3–4 business days; Express 1–3 business days.
- International: Standard 5–20 business days; Express 1–3 business days.
These are estimates from our fulfillment partner, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs, weather, and peak seasons can add time.
3. Where your order ships from
We fulfill from multiple regional facilities and route each order automatically based on your delivery address. If an order contains items produced in different locations, they may arrive in separate parcels with separate tracking numbers, sometimes on different days.
4. Tracking
When your order ships, we email a tracking number to the address on your order. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after you receive it.
5. Customs, duties & import taxes (international orders)
For cross-border shipments, the recipient may be responsible for import duties, customs fees, or local taxes charged on delivery. These are set by your local authorities and are not included in our prices or shipping charges. Where available, we ship duties-paid to certain destinations (currently the UK and Canada).
6. Correct address & failed deliveries
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, or because it went unclaimed, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Re-shipment costs for address errors or unclaimed packages are the customer's responsibility. Unclaimed returns that are not re-arranged within 30 days may be discarded or donated.
