These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://sarcastee.com (the "Site") and your purchase of products from Sarcastee, operated by IPITA, LLC. ("Sarcastee", "we", "us", or "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
2. Products & made-to-order nature
Our products are custom-made and printed on demand after you place your order. Product images are for illustration; slight variations in color, placement, and fit may occur between screens and physical items. Please review each product's size guide before ordering.
3. Pricing & payment
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of any taxes, duties, or shipping charges unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time before you place an order. Payment is processed securely through Stripe; by submitting an order you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount shown at checkout.
4. Order acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, and may cancel an order (with a full refund) if a product is unavailable, a price or description error occurs, or we suspect fraud or a violation of these Terms.
5. Shipping, returns & refunds
Delivery timelines are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Because items are made to order, sales are final except for defective, misprinted, damaged, wrong, or lost items as described in that policy.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including designs, graphics, logos, and text — is owned by IPITA, LLC. or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or create derivative works from our designs or content without our prior written consent. Products are sold for personal use only.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation or security, to attempt unauthorized access, or to submit content that is infringing, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful.
8. Disclaimers
The Site and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IPITA, LLC. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IPITA, LLC. and its officers, employees, and partners from any claims or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
11. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Florida will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date will change accordingly. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
